Ang Boso-no-Mura ay isang reconstructed village na ipinapakita ang natural na hitsura at kapaligiran ng mga bahay ng mga mangangalakal, samurai, at magsasaka noong panahon ng Edo hanggang Meiji. Ang Fudoki-no-oka Shiryokan (museum) ay matatagpuan rin malapit dito. Ang museum na ito ay nagdi-display ng malaking bilang ng mga artifacts na nadiskubre at naungkat mismo sa loob ng Chiba Prefecture. 

 

Ipinagmamalaki ng Boso-no-Mura na isa silang “experience museum” kung saan maaaring maranasan ng mga pupunta dito ang tradisyunal na pamumuhay at kaugalian noong unang panahon. Madalas rin itong gamitin bilang location kapag nagshu-shoot ng mga period drama.

Coming from JR Ajiki Station (JR Narita Line) or Shimosa-manzaki Station:

 

- Ride the Chibakotsu bus going to Ryukakujidai and get off at “Boso-no-mura” stop; 3-minute walk from there.

- Ride the Sakaemachi loop bus (drum bus) for around 15 minutes and get off at “Drum no Sato” stop; 3-minute walk from there.

- Ride the Chibakotsu bus going to Ryukakujidai and get off at “Fudoki-no-oka Shiryokan” stop; 5-minute walk from there.

- 30-minute walk from Shimosa-manzaki Station
