In the middle of the popularly nicknamed "Uminonakamichi" peninsula which separates Hakata Bay from the Genkai Sea (Uminonakamichi literally means 'road in the middle of the sea') is one of Japan's large-scale seaside parks, if not the largest - Uminonakamichi Seaside Park. Inside the vast grounds of the park are daffodils, tulips, roses, cosmos during autumn and more colorful flowers during each respective season. There is also the "Animal Forest" where one can pet animals, and the popular "Sunshine Pool" which opens during summer and has 6 pools and slides. Enjoy the view while riding the large ferris wheel. There are also bicycle courses with solo bicycles and also 2-person bicycles available. Let's spend a whole day here in this vast park and exercise with all our might!
