I arrived in Saga, thinking that it was such a tranquil prefecture rich in nature. For starters, I had squid sashimi for lunch at a restaurant by the beach called Saikoutei. I’m actually not too good with eating raw food, but I thought the squid tasted sweet and delicious after trying some. The squid tempura was really good, too.
This place is called Suginohara. The scenery here feels like New Zealand. It was a hot day, but I soon forgot about feeling hot as a breeze continuously blew.
After that, we went to Hadomisaki to see the beautiful beach and surrounding waters.
We went to Karatsu Castle afterwards. I felt lucky to be able to come here and get the chance to take a lot of photographs.
We had Karatsu burger next. Just like they say, it was really delicious.
After that, we went to Mount Kagamiyama. The view here was so wonderful that I've grown to love it.
We arrived at our accommodation for the night, Forest Inn Imari, and had dinner here. Imari beef has fats, making it soft, tender, and really delicious. The sazae (turban shell) smelled good and was tasty, too.
I had a lot of good food today. I’m looking forward to the next day!
